<p> THANKS, BUT OUR MACHINES STILL WORK. South Korean
authorities continue to uncover secret invasion tunnels
believed to have been dug by North Korea under the
Demilitarized Zone that has separated the two republics since
1953. So when South Korea's Hyundai Construction Co. announced
that it was making a donation to North Korea, the nature of
the benevolence raised some eyebrows: a bulldozer, an
excavator, a forklift, a loader and a dump truck. The North
Koreans passed on the offer.
